You are entitled to a 100% refund of your initial investment if client meets all obligations, and client does not increase a minimum of 60 points total  (Transunion, Experian, Equifax)trough out the life of the program which is 6 months, Up Credit will refund to client the initial investment(Retainer).

Client Obligations:

• Client will promptly forward all communication from credit reporting agencies, collection agencies and creditors to Fast Pace Credit.
• Client must have paid all 6 monthly processing fees which equal the length of the program of which start 30 days after the start date. 
• All credit cards open will need to be  under 30 percent usage  of credit limit before the end of the full fulfilled program, and follows the direction of the consultant on anything new needed to be open (credit cards, secured credit card, installment loan etc. 
• Client will have no new negative information(collections, late pays etc.) reporting as of the start of the program.

If obligations of the client are not completed during the agreed term Fast Pace Credit guarantee will be null and void.

Collection of Personally Identifiable Information

We collect personally identifiable information (name, email address, phone numbers, and other information from questionnaires) from you when you submit inquiries about our services. .

Fast Pace Credit  does not sell, share, or in any other way transmit personally identifiable information (names, address, phone numbers, etc.) to any third parties not related to your engagement of credit consulting services with our firm. Your one time initial setup investment will be determined by your specific credit situation. No two credit reports are the same. Therefore, it is crucial to meticulously review your full credit report. By reviewing your credit report, we are able to gather information such as:

• The number of negative line items such as collections, late payments, and public records
• The recency of each negative item
• The amounts of each negative item
• The creditors or agencies reporting negatively on the credit reports
